An unfinished attic turned into a quilting studio, a guest room, a guest bathroom and a sitting area.
Not every addition is a bedroom or a bigger kitchen. This one was built for music, which brings its own set of decisions about volume, surfaces and where the room sits relative to everyone trying to sleep.
Like the rest of our additions, it was designed to sit naturally against the existing structure rather than announce itself, and priced upfront so the client could commit to it with the numbers in front of them.
